Frank Post, Group Communications Director of BSI, visited India earlier this month to speak at the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) Institute of Quality Annual Summit in Bangalore.
Frank spoke about the importance of standards in customer service to over 800 quality professionals and was well received. During the visit an MOU with CII was signed for collaboration on promoting more effective standardization in India. The agreement generated widespread national media coverage both in print and online, including Times of India, The Hindu and The Financial Express. The CII is an important route to market for reaching Indian businesses with the BSI portfolio.
