It is easy for a certification body to talk about how they are different from the others, at BSI we prefer to demonstrate it. Before you schedule your next audit, ask yourself the following questions:
1. Is my auditor a full-time employee of my certification body?
BSI has the highest percentage of fully employed auditors of any certification body. This means you have an assigned auditor who learns about your business, not a different person each time. This along with BSI's uniform approach to training our auditors leads to a consistent, high quality service, relevant to your business.
2. Does my certification body provide a wide range of FREE guidance documents that help build the knowledge of my team?
BSI provides many free guidance documents that cover many aspects of management systems. These range from getting started and understanding the terminology of standards, to a guide on choosing the best training for your circumstances or best practice for internal audits. Visit our guidance document pages for your copies.
3. Are they experts at training as well as auditing?
BSI has a network of public training classes nationwide dedicated to teaching you the skills you need before and after registration. From introductory classes to Acredited Lead Auditor courses, BSI can help. If you have more than 5 or 6 people to train, we can run all of our public classes at your facility. Find out more at our training pages.
4. Do they provide FREE live and web-based events to keep me informed of new developments?
BSI hosts regular live and web-based events to keep you up-to-date on industry developments and provide short training and information sessions on topics of interest. As well as physical events, the concept is also used in shortened format over the web for extra convenience.
5. Do they offer all-inclusive pricing options?
If you have ever been shocked to see your certification bodies final audit bill, perhaps you should consider choosing BSI's all-inclusive pricing. Budget with confidence for your registration costs and don't get caught out by sky-high expenses charges that add to the cost of your registration.
