BSI India has recognized this need and now offers Management Development Programme. Management development for practicing managers is not so widely available to the industry and also has limitations of releasing resources for extended periods. The present difficulties in the market do not permit organizations to consider their entire management pool to be put throught structured management development programme.
The courses are based on direct industry experience, real world examples that are customized to the companies own business scenarios. The programme is developed in such a manner that does not require key managers to be away from work which enables larger number of managers to be put through formal development.
BSI would start the programme by dedicating a “Programme Director” with practical management experienced who also is an accomplished trainer. In the beginning of the engagement the Programme Director would engage senior management to gather expectations, understanding needs and setting up the time table.
